FIBERGLASS SHINGLES are used for sloped roofs. They come with different periods of warranty from 20 to 50 year. They come in a variety of colors and styles. In areas with lots of trees, more maintenance is required. Learn more about fiberglass shingles
METAL ROOFING is an alternative to fiberglass shingles or cedar shakes. The
warranty on a metal roof is 50 years. One of the key benefits is that it is low
maintenance, and easily kept clean. It is best used on a roof deck that is sloped, and

CONCRETE TILE is another alternative to fiberglass shingles. The warranty is 50
years. They have many different profiles - from the shake look or the slate look to
the

CEDAR SHAKES: for use on sloped roofs and side walls. Usually they last 20 years with regular maintenance and cleaning. They can be pressure and/or fire treated to make them last longer or meet fire ratings. Pressure treated shakes have a warranty of 45 years. Learn more about cedar shakes.
TORCH ON MEMBRANE SYSTEMS: are used for flat roof or low sloped roofs, decks
and hidden gutters. It carries a warranty of 15 to 20 years depending on application. The color can be matched to shingles, flashings or the look that you wish to achieve.We are also currently working on “Green Roof” systems that are used in flat roof situations, where being environmentally friendly is an option.
